Steam Key Not Activating?

If you purchased a Steam Key from us at Pax East 2016, and it isn't activating correctly, it is the result of a duplicate printing mistake that we made.

To resolve this problem, please send a photo of your Steam Key Card, with the key visible to support@clevendeav.com and we will respond with a solution as quickly as possible.
