Anyone wanting to play this game on YouTube, Twitch, or other streaming or video site, including on monetized channels, has the permission of Clever Endeavour Games to do so. If we have a problem with the video we will contact the creator and request it be taken down before taking any action through any of the video distribution platforms. This is discussed in more detail in our EULA.
As well, if you own the Ultimate Chicken Horse original soundtrack electronically or physically, you have permission to play it in the background of your streams without the need for a license or written agreement. You never have to worry about DMCA claims on your content if you play Ultimate Chicken Horse or its soundtrack on stream.
